Virtual Support & Services
All services offered (video calls, text support, online courses, or downloads) are non-medical and intended to provide informational support for new and expecting parents. They are not a substitute for professional medical care.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Clients must cancel or reschedule consultations at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may be forfeited without refund. Cradle and Care reserves the right to reschedule due to emergencies or illness.
Refund Policy
Digital downloads and course access are non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery. For live consulting packages, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if services have not yet been rendered.
Intellectual Property
All materials created by Cradle and Care Consulting (including PDFs, guides, and course content) are the intellectual property of Brandi Burrow and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees regarding outcomes. You agree to use this website and services at your own risk and understand that we are not responsible for individual parenting outcomes or medical situations.
